Welcome to the website of New London Singers.

One of London’s most dynamic chamber choirs, our aim is to offer audiences and our members memorable music of the highest quality. Founded in 1963, New London Singers is one of London’s most outstanding vocal ensembles. We perform most regularly at St Martin-in-the-Fields, Trafalgar Square, and have also performed at the Royal Festival Hall, St James’s Piccadilly, Southwark Cathedral, Ely Cathedral, the Banqueting House on Whitehall and St Paul’s Covent Garden.

As a touring choir, we have performed at various European venues, most recently in Poznan, Poland, in May 2009. Our repertoire is broad and adventurous, including sacred and secular, Renaissance to contemporary music. Concerts range from great choral works, such as Bach’s B Minor Mass, to ambitious and exciting a cappella performances. The choir has won major prizes in competitions such as ‘Rencontres Internationales de Chant Chorale’ in Tours, and ‘Let the Peoples Sing’ in the UK.

NLS is a recording choir and has a growing discography which is available for purchase as a CD or downloadable tracks as an MP3 from sites such as iTunes and CD Baby.
